Due to the 2020 covid shutdown and having 3 sons in the building trades only working periodically because of it, my wife and I decided we would start contracting again.  I immediately signed labor agreements with Carpenters Local 361 and IUPAT 106 (Taper/Painters).                              Now, even though the shut down is over, we continue to offer exceptional services attributable to us being union members. Having access to skilled employees, apprenticeship programs, continuing education and member requirements make that possible.                                                                            With nearly 40 years of experience, degrees in Building Technology & Law Enforcement, completing a 4 year carpentry apprenticeship, state licensed, owning and selling multiple commercial and residential properties, I still enjoy passing along my experience to my crew and the customers we serve.
